Unlike its peers offering subscription-based photo editing plans, Affinity Photo 2 can be purchased for a one-off payment of $69.99 each for Mac and Windows users. Affinity’s page layout design application for desktop allows users to convert large documents into pages, chapters or even books. It added new features including vector image warping, importing and editing DWG or DXF CAD files, X-Ray view and stitching RAW images, among others. Software developer Serif launched the second version of the photo editing software, Affinity Photo 2, in November 2022, with a complete overhaul of the user interface.
